    Hello from Mannville

I am a dog trainer from the Vermilion/Mannville area.

I recently graduated from ICS Canada as a Dog Obedience Trainer/Instructor.

Looking to meet other trainers and dog owners.

    Hey welcome!

I'm taking Animal Sciences through them right now, and was contemplating doing the dog training course as well. How was it?

It was good. I really really enjoyed it.
I would consider it more of a beginners course. As I worked my way through I found areas I wanted to know more about.
The training methods (for sit, down, etc) work very well and I've had success teaching them to customers but I always add my own stuff as I feel there are important things missing from the course (such as eye contact).

My next course will be on animal behavior. I plan to specialize in Aggressive and Fearful behavior.

    Thank you for the welcomes.

Awesome, my dog also seems to specialize in aggressive and fearful behaviour!! You can always post tips in the appropriate sections if you'd like!
